Engagement Tiers

  • The Agency Shift (6 Sessions; $3,500)

    Strategic Recalibration. A 3-month deep-dive into the "internal scripts" that cause depletion. We focus on identifying the systemic friction in your current landscape and recalibrating your trajectory to align your daily actions with your core values.

  • The Alignment Evolution (12 Sessions; $6,000)

    Longitudinal Transformation. A 6-month partnership to navigate major thresholds and solidify the strategy for a career and life defined by your own agency. This is our most rigorous engagement, designed for the physician ready to make significant and lasting changes and secure a life of professional and personal autonomy.

*To maintain the longitudinal depth and rigor of each partnership, I accept a limited number of new physician-clients each quarter. While Connection Calls are currently available, new strategic engagements are typically scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance.

Professional Investment & Policies

  • Secure Billing: All major credit cards are accepted through a secure, professional billing portal. To ensure the integrity of the coaching process, sessions will not occur until payment for the selected package has been received.

  • The Commitment Discount: Clients who choose to settle their multi-session engagement for The Agency Shift or The Alignment Evolution in full prior to the first session receive a 10% discount.

  • Payment Structure & Milestones:

    • Installment Options: To maintain service continuity, the second installment is due prior to Session 4 for The Agency Shift or Session 7 for The Alignment Evolution.

  • Engagement Window: To maintain the momentum of your transformation, sessions must be completed within a designated timeframe: 4 months for The Agency Shift and 8 months for The Alignment Evolution.

  • Reimbursement Documentation: Receipts label services as Physician Alignment Strategic Engagement. Please note that while these may be used for professional development reimbursement, Aligned Life Physician Coaching, LLC does not provide medical, legal, or licensed financial advice.

While we will deconstruct your specific concerns to craft a unique strategic map, it remains the client’s exclusive responsibility to seek independent professional guidance from licensed financial, legal, or medical experts before making significant commitments. You are the architect of your results; I am your partner in the design.

Prorated Refund Policy

While I am confident that our strategic partnership will fundamentally shift your trajectory, I also believe the most impactful work happens when there is full alignment between coach and physician. If, at any point during our engagement, you determine that this partnership is no longer the right fit for your path forward, you may request a refund for the remaining prorated balance of unrendered sessions in your package.
